October 30 and 31, 2015

You ask....what is the kid version, Legends of the Pineywoods Hayride like? It is thirty minutes of music, characters and narration about legends and folklore indigenous to East Texas; perhaps one exception is our friendly witch. It is only $5 per person; children 2 and under free, and runs every thirty minutes this Friday, October 30 from 5:00pm - 6:0pm and Saturday, October 31 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. The nighttime version begins at 7:00 pm and runs everything thirty minutes.

You ask...what is the night version of the Legends of the Pineywoods Hayride. Although scare and surprise exist, it is not a haunted hayride as much as a nice ride through the East Texas pines and open fields for viewing stars, complete with music, folklore and a little imagination. $10 per person and runs every thirty minutes starting at 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm. This Friday and Saturday (weather permitting). Call 936-645-5094 if weather is down-pouring.
